What is the delivery time for placed orders?
Standard delivery time is between 1-3 business days for orders from Romania. During busy periods, slight delays may occur.
How can I modify or cancel an order already placed?
If you have placed an order by mistake or would like to change it, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. If the package has not been shipped, we will make the changes without any problems.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, card payment (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer. You can select your preferred method on the checkout page.
Do the products have a warranty?

How can I return a product?
