The telemeua from Ștefan Glădiș IF in Pecica is made from fresh milk, milked at dawn, and carefully matured, just like in the old days. With a balanced, slightly salty taste and tender texture, it brings the authenticity of village cheeses to the table. Ideal with garden tomatoes, hot polenta or simply with a slice of homemade pita.
